Customization Notice:

This document outlines placeholder terms for retail returns. Review with your operations and finance teams prior to production launch.

1. Return Window

We offer a 7-day return and exchange window on unworn, unwashed apparel and lifestyle accessories with original product tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, body contact jewellery, drinkware, and personal fitness grips that have had original sanitary seals broken are non-returnable unless defective on delivery.

3. Refund Processing

Upon inspection and approval at our fulfillment warehouse, refunds are initiated back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
